Stephen Todd was in Hangzhou in July 2010 teaching Business Planning to a class of 100 Chinese women entrepreneurs on the Oxford-Zhejiang 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Certificate Programme. This programme is run jointly by the University of Oxford's Said Business School and Zhejiang University's Global Entrepreneurship Research Centre and is part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative.
